Students and Learning Coaches can log into Pearson Connexus from various devices such as a desktop computer, Chromebook, or tablet. We regularly test a wide range of devices to ensure the accessibility and functionality of the education management system.
For the best experience, we recommend that users update software and Internet browsers regularly on each device. Although the browser should prompt users to install updates as they arise, users can ensure they're using the most current version by downloading and installing the most recent release.

If you have a satellite connection, you may experience performance issues depending on weather and latency.
For LiveLesson sessions and other Pearson Connexus content, the following TCP and UDP ports must be open:

Adobe Connect (recommended for LiveLesson)
VLC Media Player (Mac Only)
An office productivity suite such as Microsoft Office or LibreOffice, a free productivity suite compatible with Microsoft Office files formats or the ability to open Office files on mobile devices
Desktop and laptop computers
Mobile Devices: While we have a wide range of content available that works great on iPads/Chromebooks/tablets, the end-to-end course experience is not as polished if a mobile device is the only device students use.
