The Support Center is a place in Pearson Connexus where you can search for help articles for platform tools by category. Access the Support Center by clicking on the Main Menu, as shown on the screenshot below.
Once you have accessed the Support Center, you can either type a search term into the search box or select the category that best matches the support you are seeking.
