The Export Data report is available in the Enrollment Dashboard, also known as the Enrollment tool. This enhanced report centralizes student enrollment data for administrators and teachers across past (up to three years prior), current, and upcoming terms. Unlike the previous view, which was limited to active enrollments, this report allows users to review data across all enrollment statuses, making it easier to monitor student progress and identify trends. Please allow up to one hour for the report to refresh with the latest data from the platform.
Teachers and Administrators can filter and download the Export Data Report by following these steps:
- Select Export Data, located next to the Search field, available on any tab of the Enrollments tool.
- A dialog box will open with selectable filters. Select a filter field to view available filters.
Available filters include:
- User Status filter: Active, Inactive, or both.
- Default is Active.
- Enrollment Status filter: Active, Withdrawn, Withdrawn (failed), Transferred, Completed, Completed (no credit), Suspended, and Inactive.
- Default is Active. (If Active is cleared, the export returns Active and Suspended)
- Date Range: (Start Date, End Date; required)
- Default Start Date = Beginning of the school year (7/1); If cleared, reverts to 7/1.
- Default End Date = End of the school year (6/30); If cleared, reverts to 6/30.
Note: Date Range error messages may appear if:
- End Date is before Start Date: "The end date must be on or after the start date."
- Start Date is more than 3 years in the past: "The start date cannot be earlier than 3 years before today."
- Select Generate CSV to generate the report.
- Locate the file path of the download.
- Open the file in Excel or a similar program, and modify the data as needed.
