The Student Enrollment report, accessed via the Enrollments tool, provides current enrollment data including course, teacher, domain, student details, enrollment status, dates, external ID, email, student status, and license type. It only shows students with an "Active" Enrollment Status.
The Student Enrollment report shows current student enrollment data and is accessed through the Enrollments tool.
To run the Student Enrollments report:
- Open the Enrollments tool from the Main Menu.
- Select Student Enrollment Report to download the report to your computer.
The report displays the following details for each student enrolled in a course with the teacher or domain with the administrator running the report.
- Course ID
- Course Name
- Teacher Name
- Domain ID
- Domain Name
- Student ID
- Student Last Name
- Student First Name
- Enrollment ID
- Enrollment Status
- Enrollment Start Date
- Enrollment End Date
- External ID
- Student Status
- License type
Note: This report will only show students with the Enrollment Status of "Active."
