Assessments may be timed or untimed. Check the bottom of the assessment page for either the clock or countdown tools to determine which type of assessment it is.
Note: The timer feature is available for assessments in GradPoint courses, assessments built natively in Pearson Connexus, and custom assessments.
Untimed Assessments
- The clock icon appears at the bottom of the page for untimed assessments.
- Select the clock to display the total time spent on the assessment.
Timed Assessments
- The countdown appears at the bottom of the page for timed assessments. It begins immediately, as soon as the page loads, and shows the time remaining to complete the assessment.
- To hide the countdown clock, select the countdown. An hourglass will replace the countdown clock. Select the hourglass at any time to view the time remaining.
