Pearson Connexus lets users create various activity types using the same tool.
Add an activity
Pearson Connexus provides activity types to facilitate quick creation of a variety of activities that support personalized and project-based learning models.
You can create Wikis and Discussion threads to promote collaborative knowledge creation and idea exchange, Journals and Blogs for personal reflection, as well as more traditional assignments and assessments.
To add activities, open the Editor from the Main Menu, select the folder you want to add the activity to, and select the Add activity button.

This opens the Add activity screen, where you can:
- Use the Search bar to find any Activity type, template, or tool that is available to you, and to browse your Library.
- Star activities that you use frequently so you can quickly find them again using the Starred filter.
- Select Built-in to filter for activity types that are native to Pearson Connexus.
- BusyBee is not enabled at this time.
- Filter to show Activity Templates or External tools (LTI 1.3) that are available. These filters appear only if they have been added to your domain.
- Select Learn more where available to find out more about the activity.
- Select Add to add the activity to your course.
