Pearson Connexus allows the printing of course grades which can act as unofficial transcripts. Administrators can create Headers and Footers to be included with student Grades pages that are printed in the domain and subdomains.
These can be customized to include elements like school details, parent signature lines, and disclaimers.
To create them, on the Print card in Domain settings, select Edit grades header or Edit grades footer.

Note: Parent & Subdomain Configurations
- This setting must first be configured at the parent domain.
- To apply a unique header/footer at a subdomain, the following is required:
- The Admin must be provisioned directly at the subdomain.
- Only a subdomain-admin printing reports will trigger the display of the custom header/footer.
- An Admin at the parent domain can modify header/footer settings for the subdomain, but these changes won’t appear on printed reports unless printing is done by an Admin logged into the subdomain itself.
Use the rich text editor to create your headers and footers.

Headers are automatically added to the top of student Grades pages when they are printed.

Footers are automatically added to the bottom.
