How to Enable BusyBee Tools for Your Domain

BusyBee Chats are a Pearson Connexus Add-on

If you are interested in trying BusyBee Chats, reach out to your District Success Partner.

To enable BusyBee tools for use in your domain, open the Features screen and toggle the switches next to the tools you want:

1. Get Help allows students to ask BusyBee for interactive tutoring help with an activity.
   • Must be enabled for the activities you want it to appear in.
2. Chat activities are AI-powered conversations that you can add directly from the syllabus. Students open and complete them like any other activity and teachers can monitor and review each conversation.
   • Must be enabled to be added to a course.

If you want to enable BusyBee tools for individual users only, the Feature switch for the tool must be disabled for the domain.

To enable the tools for an individual:

1. Open the Users tool and select the user.
2. Open the More menu and select Edit feature settings.

3. Check the box(es) next to the Feature(s) you want to enable for the user.
4. Save.
