Post to a Discussion

To review and participate in a Discussion thread, open the discussion in the Activities tool:

1. Choose how you want the posts grouped (by Thread, Author, or Post date).
2. Review any directions from your teacher.
3. Use the tools to expand all threads, collapse all threads, or to Show new posts.
4. Review posts from your classmates below the directions and select Show more to read more.
5. To respond to another person's post, select the reply arrow next to the post.
6. To start a new thread, select + New Thread at the top, enter your post in the field that appears below, add any attachments, and select Post.

Tips

• Your teacher can also set up activities as:
  • Dropbox submissions
  • Self-reported submissions
  • Blog or journal posts
  • Wiki entries
